Duplex Manifold Valves are made from duplex stainless steel, which contains about 22–25% chromium, 5–7% nickel, 3–4% molybdenum, and controlled nitrogen, resulting in a dual-phase ferritic-austenitic microstructure. This well-balanced composition offers excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, particularly in chloride-rich environments. On the mechanical side, duplex steel boasts high tensile and yield strength, strong fatigue resistance, and impressive impact toughness.
